Brexit: Ibec analysis of UK Supreme Court judgment and Prime Minister's 12-point plan

On 24 January 2017, the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom ruled that Parliamentary approval is required to authorise the UK Government to begin the formal process of negotiating the UK's withdrawal from the European Union. The ruling came just day's after Prime Minister May's landmark speech laying out her Government's 12-point plan for Brexit.

Ibec's EU & International Affairs Unit has published an analysis of what both of these events mean from the perspective of Irish business. Please contact any member of the team should you wish to discuss the contents of our paper in greater detail.
