Diversity Forum

Ibec’s Diversity Forum is a networking group of Diversity Specialists or HR Managers who have a particular interest in diversity and inclusion. Currently there are 20 diversity forum members that include medium and large organisations from the public and private sector. The forum meets 4 times per year and each meeting addresses a particular topic or range of topics and participants share what has worked in their organisations and best practice around the topic of diversity. Meetings combine presentations from internal or external experts with practical organisation cases, followed by an open and frank discussion of the topics and opportunity to network with peers.

Diversity forum members find the network very beneficial as they can tap into advice, best practice information as well as tools or practices that they can then implement in their own organisations or add to the work they are already doing. Participants include both practitioners who have been working in the diversity field for some time and others who personally or whose organisations are new to this area.

The Diversity Forum is chaired by Bernie O'Connor, ESB.
