Data was collected on maternity benefit in the conditions of employment survey carried out in 2016. The table below contains details of how maternity benefit is paid to staff by company size. Data in these tables relates to only those companies where employees receive payments over and above social welfare while on maternity leave. Findings are available to Ibec members only.
