How to calculate your employee turnover rate

Employee Turnover is the rate of replacement of permanent full-time employees within a specified time period (i.e. the number of employees who have left the organisation voluntarily within a particular time frame).

The following formula calculates employee turnover for the last full year, and relates to turnover rates among full-time employees only.
