HR Update Survey Autumn 2012

The Autumn 2012 HR update survey collected responses from 517 senior HR contacts in Ibec member companies on trends in pay and employment, performance management and employee engagement. Future surveys will continue to capture pay and reward trends and will address issues critical issues relating to HR policy and practice.

Almost a quarter of the survey responses (22%) came from organisations employing over 250 employees. One in seven organisations was engaged in high tech manufacturing, and just over half (54%) were engaged in the wider services sector, reflecting the prominence of the services sector in the economy.
