HR Update Survey 2014

This report contains the results of the HR Update survey conducted in April 2014, to which 439 senior HR contacts in Ibec member organisations responded. The Spring 2014 Ibec HR Update found that half of the employers surveyed are expecting to increase pay in 2014. Employee engagement and retention are getting more attention among employers and we explore the success of the initiatives being implemented.
