HR Update 2013 - Budget changes
This HR update budget survey data was collected in November 2013 from 400 senior HR contacts in Ibec member organisations. This questionnaire addressed how employers are planning to respond to cutbacks in maternity benefit and illness benefit payments by the Department of Social Protection, the reduction in tax relief for medical insurance policies and also employer plans in view of changes to pension entitlement effective from 1 January 2014.
