Public consultation on measures to address the gender pay gap in Ireland

Ibec submitted their response to the Public Consultation recently launched by Minister Flanagan and Minister Stanton on the measures to tackle the gender pay gap in Ireland. Prior to considering the actions to tackle the gender pay gap it is essential to consider the reporting tool and parameters being considered. Ibec have called for an appropriate reporting method to be used to identify the true causes of the gender pay gap. This would enable all stakeholders to take action to tackle the gender pay gap in Ireland.
