Diversity and equality -the impact on business

This 2007 report, published jointly by the Equality Authority and the National Centre for Partnership and Performance, demonstrates the benefits of having a diversity management strategy in place. Benefits can include improved productivity and innovation, increased sales, reduced staff turnover and reduced litigation costs. The report summarises the international evidence from a range of businesses across all sectors including telecoms, retail, technology and financial services.
